I am Dr. Charu Bansal, Ph.D. in Education, a Certified Life Coach, and a Life and Mindset Transformation Coach specializing in Life Skills Education and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I am also the founder of Life Mastery Academy. It is an honor to share that I am a proud member of the Education Council of WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and IATE (Indian Association of Teacher Educators).

Contrary to what one might expect, my journey to success was not paved with ease. Born into a middle-class family with two siblings, I married at 20 and became a mother at 24. These early life experiences, while fulfilling, left me searching for a deeper purpose. Witnessing the outdated and ineffective education system firsthand through my children's schooling inspired me to take action.

I pursued a B.Ed. and later a M.Ed. to understand the psychology and philosophy of education. Through this journey, I discovered my passion for psychology, which eventually led me to earn a Ph.D. in Education, focusing on Life Skills development.

My research highlighted the critical need for life skills education among students, especially in the post-COVID era, where mental and emotional health issues have surged. This realization inspired me to establish Life Mastery Academy, with a mission to bridge the gap between traditional education and real-life success.
